中文摘要: 光变是blazar天体最普遍的观测特征之一,但它的物理起源目前尚不清楚。本项目主要研究:(1)基于国际Swift和Fermi等卫星观测计划,利用广西大学-国家天文台联合共建的专用光学望远镜和国内米级光学望远镜、射电望远镜等设备对典型blazar天体进行多波段联测;(2)利用我们专用光学望远镜对典型blazar开展长时标、高时间分辨率的监测;(3)系统处理分析Swift和Fermi卫星同时性观测数据,收集和整理多波段历史数据,分析多波段光变的关联性;(4)基于轻子模型对比研究blazar天体爆发态和宁静态时辐射区物理性质,揭示光变的物理起源。

英文摘要: Variability in both the brightness and spectrum is a common feature of blazars. Its physical origin is not clear yet. This project focuses on the following topics. (1) Carrying out joint observation campaigns to the listed blazars in the observational schedules of the Fermi and Swift missions with domestic optical and radio telescopes.(2) Using our optical telescopes to perform long-term observations for typical blazars to present their light curves in high temporal resolution. (3) Presenting a systematical analysis of the variations in both the brightness and spectrum for typical blazars to search for their possible correlations by using historical data observed with Swift and Fermi as well as ground-based telescopes. (4)Revealing the physical origin of variability in blazars based on the lepton model by studying properties of radiating region at the quiet and outburst states.
