中文摘要: 三维纺织复合材料是航天、航空等多个领域中广泛应用的新型材料,传统网格类数值方法不易对其复杂的细观结构进行建模分析。本项目以高速撞击防护为应用背景,基于近年来迅速发展的无网格物质点法,从多尺度角度研究三维纺织复合材料在高速撞击下的响应规律,发展高温、高压、高应变率下复合材料的质点型多尺度建模模拟方法。本项目拟首先发展三维纺织结构的质点型建模方案,建立与真实材料吻合的细观结构模型;之后拟对细观结构代表体元在高应变率下的响应进行模拟分析,获得复杂三维纺织复合材料在高应变率下的动力学性质;然后对纺织复合材料结构受高速撞击过程进行大规模细观结构直接模拟,研究细观结构参数对三维纺织复合材料高速撞击响应、吸能和防护能力的影响;最后拟对纺织复合材料防护结构的空间碎片高速撞击实际问题进行模拟分析。研究成果将促进多尺度理论的发展,为复杂复合材料细观力学研究提供新型高效建模分析手段。

英文摘要: Three-dimensional textile composites are new materials widely applied in the fileds such as astronautics and aeronautics. It is not easy for traditional mesh-based numerical methods to model and analyze the complicated microstructure of textile composites. With high-velocity impact shielding as the background, responses of three-dimensional textile composites under high-velocity impact will be investigated based on the fast-developed meshfree material point method and multiscale analysis. Particle-based multiscale modeling and simulation method for composites under high temperature, high pressure and high strain rate will be developed. Firstly, the particle-based modeling scheme for three-dimensional textile structure will be developed, and the meso-structure model coinciding with true material will be constructed. Then the responses of the meso representative volume element under high strain rate will be simulated and analyzed. Dynamic properties of complex three dimensional textile composites under high strain rate will be obtained. After that, large-scale meso-structure direct simulation will be carried out for textile composite structures subject to high-velocity impact. The influences of meso-structure parameters on the responses, the energy absorption and impact shilelding capability of three dimensional textile composites under high-velocity impact will be investigated. Finally the problem of shielding high-velocity impact of space debris with textile composite structure will be simulated and analyzed. Research achievements will promote the development of multiscale theory and provide new efficient modeling and analysis method for meso-mechanics research of complex composites.
