中文摘要: 重金属离子对生态环境和人民身心健康具有巨大的威胁,本项目拟以C60复合纳米材料为固定化基质,结合杂交链式反应HCR信号放大策略,构建一种高灵敏光致电化学适体传感器实现对同一敏感界面多种重金属离子(如Hg2+、Ag+等)的同时检测。利用不同光电活性物质对特定波长的光具有电流响应的原理,通过对DNA纳米线标记不同光电活性物质并对仪器进行编程使不同波长的光源对光电活性物质进行交替激发得到多种对应于不同光电活性物质的光电流信号,实现对同一敏感界面的多组分重金属同时定量检测。该项目旨在建立敏感度高、特异性强、检测快速、成本低廉的重金属离子监测的快速方法,提高重金属离子检测效率。

英文摘要: Heavy metal ions have great threat to the ecological environment and people's physical and mental health. This project intends to construct the ultrasensitive photoelectrochemical aptasensors, which combined with the C60 nanocomposites as matrix and amplification of hybridization chain reaction HCR, for the the one-spot simultaneous detection of heavy metal ions (Hg2+, Ag+ et. al). With the different photoelectric active materials reponse to specific wavelengths of light, DNA nanowires are maked with different photoelectric active materials, and the instrument are programed for alternating excitation of photoelectric active materials to obtain different corresponding photocurrent signal, which thus realize the simultaneous detection of multi component. In conclusion, this project aims to establish a rapid detection method for heavy metal ions with high sensitivity, strong specificity, rapid detecting cycle and low cost, which effectively improves the detection efficiency of heavy metal ions.
