中文摘要: 太阳能的利用是解决能源危机的重要途径之一。作为目前最为活跃的前沿研究领域之一的聚合物太阳能电池已经取得了重大的进展,但是在稳定性和效率方面仍然无法和硅太阳能电池相比,特别是电子受体材料研究上的滞后在很大程度上限制了器件效率的进一步提高和成本的降低。苯二酰亚胺(PMDI)具有优良的化学、 热和光稳定性以及较高的电子亲和能和电子迁移率,是制备具有较高电子迁移率以及较好稳定性的有机光伏受体材料的理想前驱体。本项目通过PMDI与给(受)电子基团共聚来制备窄带隙共轭聚合物电子受体材料,研究PMDI上亚胺修饰基团和与PMDI共聚的给(受)电子基团的结构对所制备的共轭聚合物的光电性能和微观形貌的影响规律;通过与聚噻吩类给体材料制备的全聚合物太阳能电池性能及影响因素的研究,筛选出具有宽光谱吸收、高电子迁移率和良好溶解性能的受体材料,为苯二酰亚胺在聚合物太阳能电池中的应用提供一定的理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: The development and utilization of solar energy is one of the most important ways to solve energy crisis. Polymer solar cell,as one of the international most active cutting-edge research areas, has made significant progress. But in terms of stability and efficiency, Polymer solar cell still cannot compete with traditional silicon solar cell. In particular, the lag of research on n-type materials has limited the further improvement of device efficiency and decrease of cost. Therefore, the research on n-type materials not only has an important theoretical significance, but also has great practical value. Pyromellitic diimide (PMDI) having excellent chemical, thermal and light stability, and high electron affinity and electron mobility, is an ideal precursor to prepare organic photovoltaic n-type materials with high electron mobility and good environmental stability. This project aim to prepare low band-gap conjugate polymers, through the copolymerization of PMDI with electron donating (withdrawing) group, and use them as n-type materials in organic solar cell. The influence of PMDI imide modification and the structure of co-monomer to the photoelectric properties and morphology of the resulting polymers will be investigated.
