中文摘要: 课题重点研究病变器官在虚拟手术中的生理特性的表现方法,包括基于医学图像的病变器官的建模、病症纹理的表达、病变器官在手术过程中的形变以及虚拟手术中与病变器官的交互等内容,并将研究结果应用于虚拟膝关节镜手术,进行实验。课题的创新点在于提出用大尺度几何形变和细微皱褶形变结合的方式,加入时间维度,描述病变器官的几何变形;提出一种以病症纹理为特征的具有生理信息的病变器官真实感模型的建模方法,能够反映病变部位的几何、纹理以及生理情况; 提出虚拟手术中的行为应充分考虑病变器官的生理特性,在虚拟手术训练中有控制地进行交互,使手术预演更有针对性。基于本课题的研究成果,设计了带有力反馈的虚拟膝关节镜手术交互系统,具有三维可视化、交互操作、触觉反馈和力反馈特征。研究成果能够对病变器官进行准确的几何描述、真实感显示,以及多感知的交互,预期成果包含多项具有自主知识产权的专利和软件,可广泛应用于教学、科研和手术训练。

英文摘要: This issue aims to study the performance of the diseased organs'Physiological characteristics in the virtual surgery system. Besides, it contain the task of model construction based on the diseased organs' medical image., the expression of diseased human texture, the deformation of diseased organs during the virtual surgery, theInteraction with the diseased organs in virtual surgery. And at last apply the achievement to the Virtual arthroscopic knee surgery.This paper put up with an idea of the combination of large-scale geometric deformation and subtle folds deformation with a dimension of time to describe the deformation of diseased organs. Then give a method of model building,the diseased organ model with realism is constructedbased on the Illness texture with physiologicalinformation. It can reflect the geometry, textures and physiological conditions of lesion. However, we must take full account of physiological characteristics in the surgery, And interact with control in the training of virtual surgery. Be sure that the Surgical rehearsal is much more targeted. The goal is to design a virtual interactive system of arthroscopic knee surgery with force feedback due to the research.
