中文摘要: 本项目以漂白针叶木浆抄造出的纸张用NaOH/尿素/硫脲体系浸渍涂布,然后将经过浸渍涂布的湿纸幅放入冰箱经过一定时间的冷冻处理。制备出具有凝胶结构的纤维素纤维薄膜材料。与未经处理的纸张相比该纤维素纤维薄膜材料的吸水性能、保水性能、湿强度及纤维素张的柔软性能有了大幅度的提高。本项研究首次提出了凝胶态纤维素纤维的概念,拟通过对凝胶态纤维素纤维的形成的机理,凝胶态的纤维素纤维及薄膜材料的微观结构和性能的深入研究,探索其在潜在的市场应用价值。通过对该纤维素纤维薄膜材料的进一步的研究,就有可能制备一些功能性的纤维材料,如生物可降解薄膜材料、纤维素基超细纤维合成革、生物降解的湿纸巾、微滤和超滤膜分离材料、生物相容性材料,以及具有保水保湿功能美容材料等。本项目提出的纤维素纤维膜材料的处理溶剂不但适合于NaOH/尿素/硫脲体系,同样适用于其他的纤维素纤维素的溶解体系,因而具有广泛性。

英文摘要: Gel-structured cellulose thin film (or paper) materials have been prepared by soaking or coating common papersheet with NaOH/urea/thiourea/water system and subsequently freezing to -12.5℃ in our laboratory. Compared to original papersheet, the gel-structured cellulose thin film materials exhibit great improvement in the performance of water absorption, water retention, wet strength and softness. This program first brings forward the concept of gel-structured cellulose thin film (or paper) materials, and aim to study the microstructure, formation mechanism and properties of gel-structured cellulose fiber and thin film. Functional cellulose materials with potential market value may derive from above concept, for example, biodegradable cellulose membrane, superfine cellulose fiber based leather, biodegradable wet paper towels, microfiltration membrane, ultra filtration membrane, biologically compatible materials and water& moisture retention cosmetology materials et al. The treatment method of cellulose fiber thin film materials, which is fit for other cellulose solvent systems besides NaOH/urea/thiourea/water system, possesses universality.
