中文摘要: 基于玉米须资源的丰富性以及玉米须多糖具有良好药理活性,但相关制备技术研究少且不够系统和深入、玉米须多糖结构和生物活性作用机制研究不足的现状,本课题重点建立多糖高效节能提取配套技术,分析不同溶剂和现代辅助提取组合技术对玉米须多糖提取的影响,在建立玉米须多糖高效提取技术,解决玉米须多糖研究技术瓶颈同时,进一步纯化并解析玉米须多糖结构,探讨玉米须活性多糖作用机制,为玉米须多糖深层技术和理论的研究提供技术前提和保障,为玉米须多糖在食品和药品领域的广泛应用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Based on the abundance of Stigmata madis and the favorable bioactivity of its polysaccharides, the polysaccharides form Stigmata madis were one of the important potent products that have bioactivity. But the study of preparative techniques, structural characterization and mechanisms effectiveness of Stigmata madis polysaccharides were rare, so the highly efficient preparative technique and mechanisms effectiveness of Stigmata madis polysaccharides were studied in this research, including the extraction, purification, structure and mechanisms effectiveness. We hope that the results of this study could be beneficial to the development of Stigmata madis polysaccharides, especially on medicine.
