中文摘要: 微针给药及微喷射给药技术作为新一代透皮给药的热点研究领域,具有广阔的应用前景。然而目前针对微针及微喷射流穿刺皮肤及微流体在皮肤中的流动机理却鲜有研究。本项目组在前期研究中分别建立了大尺寸喷射注射穿刺皮肤的物理模型,及微针阵列的流体在皮肤中初始扩散的物理模型。本项目将对微针给药系统和微喷射给药系统进行详细和全面的力学分析,建立能描述系统参数、皮肤性能与药物在皮肤内流动的物理关系的力学模型。通过实验分析和测试,对模型给出的物理关系进行验证,并找到优化的系统参数窗口。同时搭建微喷射和微针阵列给药系统,对其在优化参数下的给药效果进行研究。课题的研究工作将进一步提升微针给药系统和微喷射给药的研究水平,为基于这两种技术的给药系统的临床应用打下基础。

英文摘要: Micro-needle and micro-jet drug delivery system, as two hot areas in the research of transdermal drug delivery system, have huge clinical applications. However, few researches have been reported on the flow mechanics of microjet piecing into the skin and the pressure fluid dispersing and permeation in the skin. In our previous research, a physical model that describes a high speed jet piecing into the skin was established, and a physical model that describes the initial dispersion of the fluid coming out of a micro-needle array was also established. The current proposal aims at comprehensive and detailed analyses of the micro-needle and micro-jet drug delivery system. The corresponding physical models will be established that relate system parameters and skin physical properties with the flow characteristics. Experimental study will be carried out to validate the physical model,and system parameters will be optimized. Finally, two prototypes of the micro-needle and micro-jet drug delivery system will be built after theoretical and experimental study, and the effects of the drug delivery will be evaluated. The proposed study will improve the research level of micro-needle and micro-jet drug delivery system, and help to laid foundation of clinical application of the two transdermal drug delivery technologies.
