中文摘要: 本项目针对当前水质重金属离子检测技术的需求,将光学传感器的高灵敏度和高选择性与膜色谱的高效率有机结合,构筑一种光学传感功能膜,以期实现对重金属离子的富集与检测。首先通过PVDF基膜表面接枝聚合物刷PCMSt和PQAMSt,进而通过化学键连接或静电作用,负载光学指示剂卟啉,获得以卟啉为功能体,以高分子聚合物为基膜材料的功能膜。具体开展卟啉/基膜的复合结构的可控构筑研究;考察功能膜的微观(表面分子结构)/介观(功能体形成环境)/宏观(膜性能)特征三者之间的关系和规律;研究功能膜对重金属离子的富集和检测机制,结合膜基质制备条件及光学指示剂负载量,对膜结构进行可控调节,优化检测灵敏度,选择性和再生等性能,为光学传感功能膜的开发与设计提供科学依据。 具有光学传感特性的功能膜为重金属离子的检测提供了方便、有效的新途径,对于丰富和发展功能膜制备和结构调控理论也具有重要意义。

英文摘要: In order to meet demand of heavy metal ions detection, a new type of membrane material for preconcentration and detection of heavy metal ions will be developed in this project. The optical sensing membrane is based on optial sensors of high sensitivity and selectivity, as well as porous membrane of high efficiency. Firstly a membrane matrix will be prepared by surface grafting polymer brushes PCMSt and PQAMSt from the polymer membrane. Then, porphyrin can be loaded through chemical bonding and electrostatic interaction with the polymer brushes. Thus, the functional membrane can be obtained with a porphyrin functional body and a membrane matrix. Specifically, the controllable constructing method of the composite structure porphyrin/membrane-matrix will be established. The relationship among the microcosmic (surface molecular structure), mesoscopic (formation environment for functional body) and macroscopic (performance of membrane) characteristics of the functional membrane will be investigated. Further study will focus on the preconcentration and detection mechanism for heavy metal ions.The membrane structure will be adjusted by changing the preparation condition of membrane matrix and the porphyrin load, in order to optimize the performance of membrane, such as detection sensitivity, selectivity, regeneration c
