中文摘要: 电路的测试和故障诊断是制约空间电子仪器持续发挥效能的主要因素之一。在空间电子仪器数模混合电路中,数字部分的故障诊断技术已经达到一定的应用水平,模拟部分的故障诊断需求更为迫切。现有模拟电路故障诊断最为实用的方法是软故障字典法,但在实际应用中仍不能满足空间电子仪器系统的故障诊断需求。基于现有软故障字典法和模块化故障诊断思想,为了提出完整的模拟电路软故障诊断方法,本项目将从被测电路的功能模块划分入手,提出统一的模块划分原则;研究电路的故障可诊断性问题,提出故障可诊断性分析方法;基于可诊断待测故障集和统一软故障模型,提出通用的模拟电路模块化分级诊断软故障字典法;同时对相关问题进行研究:实现测试节点优选、完善容差分析处理方法、评估提出的诊断方法。通过本课题的研究,将为空间电子仪器数模混合电路中模拟部分的软故障诊断方法的实用化提供理论依据,从而为提高空间电子仪器的整体可靠性提供技术支撑。

英文摘要: Testing and fault diagnosis of circuits has always been one of main factors which restricts space electrical instrument from exerting its maintainable efficiency.In the digital and analog mixed-signal circuit,fault diagnosis on digital parts of circuit has been developed to a certain application level,therefore,the demand on fault diagnosis of analog circuit is more exigent.Soft fault dictionary method is one of the most practical methods of the existing fault diagnosis in analog circuits,but it is limited in practical application of space electrical instruments.Based on the soft fault dictionary method and the idea of modular fault diagnosis,in order to propose integrated modular soft fault diagnosis method of analog circuits,this project will be made up of four tasks:to start with the partition of function module of the circuit under test (CUT) and to propose a unified partition principle of function module;to research the fault detectable problem of the circuit,and to propose the method of the fault detectable analysis;based on the detectable fault sets under test and the unified soft fault model,to propose a universal modular soft fault diagnosis dictionary method of analog circuits;to research some relative problems in fault diagnosis of analog circuits, such as testnodes selection,tolerance analysis method
