中文摘要: 将高效直流集成光伏模块串并联可提高光伏发电的效率和功率等级,是中小功率光伏发电系统的重要发展方向。而光伏电池不均衡和直流变换器的变换比限制等因素造成直流集成光伏模块功率不均衡的情况也不可避免。本项目研究模块功率不均衡情况下,直流集成光伏模块串并联系统存在的若干技术问题。通过研究模块不均衡度对直流集成光伏模块串并联系统输出性能的影响,提出不均衡直流集成光伏模块串并联系统中单个模块的最佳工作模式和解决模块之间功率不均衡的控制方法,为直流集成光伏模块的串并联应用奠定良好的理论基础。提出并解决不均衡直流集成光伏模块串并联系统二级电路的多峰值最大功率跟踪和功率瞬时跌落问题,以及二级电路的并网问题。上述问题的研究工作,有利于直流集成光伏模块的推广应用。对光伏系统的并网发电提供了新的思路,对风能、燃料电池等可再生能源的并网发电也具有重要的借鉴意义,具有较高的理论价值和应用前景。

英文摘要: High efficiency DC integrated Photovoltaic (PV) module series and parallel method increases efficiency and power rate of PV power, it is an important developing direction to PV power. In other hand, due to imbalanced PV module and transfer ratio limitation of DC converter,power disequilibrium among DC integrated PV module is unavoidable. In this project, some technical issues will be studied under imbalanced power module in DC integrated PV module series and parallel system. By investigating the influence of different module imbalanced degree on output performance of DC integrated PV module series and parallel system,the optimal work mode of single integrated module and control method of power equalization in different modules are proposed in the imbalanced DC integrated PV module series and parallel system, which lay theoretic foundation for practical application of grid-connection PV system. Multi-peak maximum power tracking and power instant dropping in second-stage circuit are proposed and solved in this imbalanced DC integrated PV module series and parallel system. Finally, grid-connection of the system is studied.
