中文摘要: 众多基础研究和应用研究都迫切需要激光器的峰值功率和可聚焦功率密度得到进一步提升,但受限于器件尺寸、损伤阈值、增益带宽等因素,目前单路光束的输出能力受到了极大制约。采用多路光束,通过相干组束的方式来获取更高的峰值功率和可聚焦功率密度是解决这一问题的有效途径。瞄准峰值功率数十PW、甚至EW,可聚焦功率密度10^23~10^25W/cm^2的超强激光输出能力,本项目拟从超强激光系统的特点出发,通过对超强激光系统相干组束的详细解析和数值研究,分解出该系统中可能影响相干组束结果的物理量,给出超强激光系统相干组束的普适计算方法,从而建立该系统相干组束的模拟计算模型,为超强激光系统相干组束的方案设计、性能评估提供理论依据和实施手段,为超强激光相干组束单元技术的发展提供参考。搭建演示实验平台,采用1×路组束的方式,进行分解实验,对上述计算方法及模拟计算模型进行评估与优化。

英文摘要: Both the basic researches and application researches expect the laser facilities to offer higher peak power and higher focal intensity.However, because of the limited element size, damage threshold, gain bandwidth and so on, the output capability of a single laser beam is restricted greatly.Fortunately, the multi-beam coherent combining technology offers a promising solution to obtain the higher peak power and higher focal intensity. Aiming at the peak power several tens PW, even EW and the focal intensity 10^23~10^25W/cm^2, this work will proceed from the characteristics of the ultra-intensity laser system, find the factors which could affect the coherent combining results according to the systematic analytical solution and numerical method, obtain an universal calculation method of the ultra-intensity laser beams coherent combining, build the simulation and calculation model, thus offer theoretical basis and implement means for the scheme design and performance evaluation of the coherent combining of ultra-intensity laser beams, and also provide guidance for the unit technology of ultra-intensity laser beams combining.
