中文摘要: 本项目提出利用等离子浸没离子注入技术在TiNi形状记忆合金表面注入W离子,以提高TiNi合金的X-光可见性和耐腐蚀性能,发展性能优异的新型生物医用形状记忆合金的新思路,主要研究W离子注入前后TiNi合金的表面特性、微观组织结构、X-光可见性、腐蚀行为和力学性能,探讨W元素在TiNi合金表面注入层和基体中的存在形式、形态与分布规律,探讨TiNi合金W离子注入改性后表面层、近表层与其基体中的物相组成随W离子注入层层深的演化规律,建立W离子注入量与TiNi合金X-光可见性的定量关系,查明W离子注入对TiNi合金腐蚀行为和力学性能的影响规律,揭示W离子注入对TiNi合金耐蚀性的影响机理,获得兼具高X-光可见性和性能优异的新型医用TiNi形状记忆合金,为TiNi合金表面改性和新型TiNi合金支架的研制奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: In order to increase the visibility of TiNi shape memory alloys under X-ray, a new method of surface modification of TiNi shape memory alloys using W ion implanted by plasma immersion ion implantation is put forward to develop new type biomedical shape memory alloys which has good properties. In our project, the surface characterizes, microstructure, phase constituent, radiopacity, corrosion behavior and mechanical properties of TiNi alloys before and after W ion implanting will be researched. The experimental results will study the existent, shape and distribution of W element in the surface and the matrix of TiNi alloy and explore the evolution of the phase constituent in surface, near-surface and the matrix of TiNi alloy with the depth of the ion inlantation film increasing.The relationship between the quantity of W ion implanted and radiopacity of TiNi alloys will be built, and the effect of W ion implanting on corrosion behavior and mechanical properties of TiNi shape memory alloys will be investigated, and the mechanism of corrosion resistance of TiNi implanted W ion will be disclosed. Then a new kind of biomedical TiNi alloys will be obtained with high radiopacity and good properties.
