中文摘要： 使老年人愿意贡献自己的知识和学习新知识，是开发老年人力资源、应对老龄社会到来的具体措施。虚拟社区是克服地理障碍，方便老年人分享知识的场所。那么，如何让老年人在虚拟社区中积极进行知识分享？这既是一个前沿的学术问题，也是一个具有战略意义的实践问题。然而，现有研究中关于老年人在虚拟社区知识分享的成果还不多见，研究线上线下互动影响老年人知识分享的成果还未见到。老年人一般具有多疑、自卑、敏感等心理特点，时间相对充裕，既希望参与线上互动，也希望参与线下互动。本课题从知识管理和老年人个体的视角出发，采用理论分析、问卷调查、人种志、用户网络行为分析等方法，研究线上线下互动通过哪些因素、什么过程来影响老年人在虚拟社区的知识分享。预期成果是基于时间横截面的影响因素模型和基于时间纵向发展的过程模型，该研究成果有助于丰富知识管理理论，可以为以老年人为主体的虚拟社区、企业自办的虚拟社区以及相关政府部门提供理论启示。

英文摘要： Motivating the elders to contribute their knowledge and to learn new knowledge is a positive solution to deal with the challenge of aging society, which is also an effectively specific approach to develop the elder human resources. Since virtual community is useful for elders to share their knowledge and experience by breaking the limitation of distance, how to motivate the elders to share their knowledge in virtual communities is becoming not only a new academic question but also an important strategic question. However, literatures on the elders' knowledge sharing are very scarce, let alone papers on the impacts of online and offline interaction on knowledge sharing in virtual community for elders. The elders generally have suspicious, unconfident, sensitive psychological characteristics and usually have abundant time. They hope to participate in not only online interaction but also offline interaction. This project tends to use multi-methodologies which include theoretical analysis, questionnaire research, ethnography and online user behavior analysis to study the factors and the process of the impacts of online and offline interaction on knowledge sharing in virtual community for elders from a perspective of individual level based on knowledge management theory.
