中文摘要: 拟以具有优良荧光性能的硼-二吡咯亚甲基(BODIPY)作为发光基团合成BODIPY类荧光探针,将其同水溶性好,毒性低,生物活性及生物相容性好的纳米羟基磷灰石或纳米二氧化硅通过共价键合牢固固定在纳米颗粒的表面上获得两者优点兼具的,同时还具有高度光稳定性的,荧光的激发和发射波长覆盖了从可见光到近红外光范围(500-800 nm)的新型BODIPY类纳米荧光探针。系统的研究和比较该类探针同传统有机荧光探针以及其它类型纳米荧光探针在各种性能上的区别,探索性能与结构之间的关系。整个项目从纳米荧光探针的设计,制备,结合性能和激发态光物理光化学性质的研究将会有新的发现,项目结束后所获得的研究成果对生物相容性高的纳米荧光探针的设计和制备,以及在生物学和造影成像研究具有重大的价值。

英文摘要: Fluorescent probes will be designed and synthesized based on 4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s -indacene (BODIPY) derivatives as fluorophores due to their excellent fluorescence properties. New nano fluorescence probes were obtained when theses BODIPY probes were futher covalently attaches and immobilize onto the surface of biocompatible hydroxyapatite (HA) nanoparticles or silica nanoparticles. This new kind of nano fluorescence probes contains the intrinsic properties of both such as good solubility, low toxicity and high biocompatibility,robustness against light and chemicals, excitation/emission wavelengths in the visible to near infrared spectral region (500-800 nm). The difference properties between them and organic fluorescent dyes or other nano fluorescence probes will be investigated. The research will get some new finding in the study from design, preparation and investigate between the structures of the probes and their desired spectroscopic and photophysical characteristics. The study will development of a new way to the design and synthesis of new BODIPY-based biocompatible nano fluorescence probes for the study used in biomedicine as well as for fluorescence microscopic imaging in the future.
