中文摘要: 本项目针对复杂产品并行设计过程中多源设计变更管控的复杂性,提出多源设计变更传播预测、路径规划和变更成本评估新方法,以设计特性为粒度研究多源设计变更传播机理与路径优化策略。建立复杂产品的设计特性语义模型,统一操作和管理并行设计过程中的设计变更,并保障变更前后数据的一致性;基于设计特性语义模型建立设计变更分析网络模型,从设计特性粒度分析设计变更在分析网络上的传播规律,实现对设计变更传播机理的客观定量分析;研究多源设计变更并行传播路径优化策略和算法,基于多主体技术使设计变更在传播过程中能够自适应地沿着可吸收、可抵消的路径传播,控制多源设计变更的传播影响范围并减少变更冲突;提出设计变更传播路径优化成效评估方法,定量估计设计变更量在成本、质量和效率上的影响效应,为企业的变更决策提供理论指导。本项目的预期研究成果将为复杂产品在并行设计中的设计变更管理提供了一种切实有效的方法。

英文摘要: The management and control of multi-source design changes is a great challenge during the concurrent design processes of complex products. Therefore this research will focus on the new solutions of change propagation prediction, propagation path plan and change cost estimation for the multi-source design changes. First, the design feature of the complex product will be modeled by using semantic technology to operate the changes consistently between various design processes and ensure the data coherent. Then the design change analysis network will be built based on the design feature semantic model. The propagation mechanism of the design changes will be studied quantitatively at the design feature granularity in the change analysis network. Subsequently, the propagation paths of multi-source design changes will be optimized based on the aforementioned change propagation mechanism and some heuristic optimization algorithms. Through the multi-agent technology, the design changes will be self-adapted to be absorbed and counteracted along the propagation paths. Consequently the impact imposed by the design changes will be controlled within a minimum area and the chances of change conflicts will be decreased. Finally, the evaluation principle about the optimization propagation paths of design changes will be established, which will be employed to estimate the variations in cost, quality and efficiency due to the series of design changes. This principle will be a theoretical reference for making design change decisions. The innovative research work is carried out by taking the design features into account for planning the propagation path of the multi-source design changes, which will be an effective method for managing the changes of complex products during the concurrent design processes.
