中文摘要: 由于石英晶体微天平(QCM)气体传感器具有灵敏度高,结构简单,适用温度范围宽等特点,近年来受到广泛的关注。本项目拟设计制备基于金属有机框架化合物(MOFs)的具有高稳定性和选择性的QCM 室温气体传感器,用于CO2、CH4、 CH3OH 等气体的检测。通过对MOFs进行结构设计,优选出对CO2、CH4、 CH3OH 等气体分子具有明显响应特性的化合物类型,并采用纳米金属粒子(如Pd、Pt)或氧化物对材料进行修饰和掺杂,提高材料对气体的响应特性。考察晶片的频率变化与气体浓度的关系,利用化学计量学对传感器的响应特性进行处理,实现对混合气体中的气体种类的辨识。通过对传感器的质量敏感效应、敏感薄膜与气体分子的吸附特性关系的研究,认识MOFs的气体传感机理,并建立敏感机理的物理化学模型,为开发响应快,灵敏度高,选择性好的气体传感器提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) gas sensors has received great attentions in recent years due to the advantages of high sensitivity, simple structure and wide working temperature. This proposal aims to select metal organic frameworks (MOFs)as substrate and develop high stable and selective gas senors for the detection of CO2, CH4, CH3OH et al. By optimizing the structure and functional group of MOFs, the type of MOFs that have high response for the gases will be selected. Additionally,the MOFs will be modified by metal nanoparticles(such as Pt,Pd)or metal oxide to improve the sensitivity. The relationship between the change of the frequency of the crystal and gas concentration will be examined. The experimental data will be analyzed by chemometrics method to recognize the species of the gas. Based on the mass-effect and the adsorption characteristics of gas on the sensitive membrane, the mechanism of gas sensing will be explored and the physical and chemical model of sensitive mechanism will be established. This proposal will have great impact on high sensitive gas sensor and provide a theoretical guidance for the design of the new gas sensor.
