中文摘要: 随着产品生命周期的缩短和企业国际化趋势的加剧,企业迫切需要加强生产部门与运输部门的协同决策以降低运作成本,提高产品的竞争力。目前,相关的研究主要局限于基于路径和基于库存管理的协同决策,认为运输能力与资源、规模完全匹配。?而现实中,企业可以调配的运输资源有限,存在运输能力与规模的瓶颈问题。本项目基于有限的运输资源,对集成运输资源优化配置的生产与运输协同决策问题展开深入研究。具体研究包括:针对多类型产品、多类型运输工具,探索和构建集成运输资源优化配置的协同决策模型和方法体系;深入探讨具有现实意义的因素对协同决策的影响,譬如产品重量、大小、时间,展开集成以上因素的决策模型和方法研究;同时,在我国石油行业展开案例研究,将行业特征映射到理论研究模型中,为企业提供战术层的决策方案。因此,本项目不仅对推动协同决策模式的理论研究具有重要意义,而且对指导企业实践具有重要的实际价值。

英文摘要: As the product life cycle is shortened and globalization trend increases, enterprises urgently need to collaborate in production planning and transportation planning process in order to reduce operating cost and improve the competitiveness of their product. Current relevant research mainly focuses on coordination of production planning and transportation planning based on vehicle path and inventory management, transportation capability is assumed to be infinite. In practice, transportation resource is limited; there exists the bottleneck between the transportation capability and scale. This project focuses on the coordination of production planning and transportation planning integrating optimal allocation of transportation resources. The project includes: construct mathematical model and methods for the coordination of product planning and transportation planning integrating optimal allocation of transportation resources under the condition of variable product types, multi-mode and limited transportation resources; study the impact of some factors raised in practice, such as product weight, size and time, on the coordination decision-making process.
