中文摘要: 果蝠是翼手目中植食性种类的俗称,由于它们以植物的花蜜、果实为食物而与植物有着密切的关系。当前进化生态学研究逐渐成为生态学领域的热点,而先前的协同进化研究主要集中在植食性昆虫与植物间的研究上,关于哺乳动物与植物间协同进化关系的研究也主要集中在大型哺乳动物与禾本科植物的协同进化上。果蝠作为会飞行的哺乳动物与植物之间的协同进化关系目前受到了广泛的关注。 本研究从果蝠对植物种子的传播方面探讨果蝠与植物的协同关系。研究果蝠所取食的果实的特征,并对果蝠传播种子的范围和模式以及经过果蝠消化道的种子的萌发行为进行研究,揭示植物利用果蝠传播种子的生活史进化策略,及果蝠取食行为的进化途径。另一方面,从果蝠所利用的花的资源特征来总结植物在开花特性方面适应果蝠传粉所作出的进化适应以及果蝠相应的行为及形态方面的适应进化。

英文摘要: Fruit bat include Megachiroptera and some species of Microchiroptera feed on the fruits,nectar and pollen, and there is a close relationship between them. Evolutionary ecolgoy begin to be the focus in ecology recently, but the studies about evolution mostly focus on the relationship between inscet and plant. Only some studies about mamals were focous on the herbivore and their food (Poaceae). Lots of plant species can provide the food for fruit bat and at the same time, they depended on fruit bat for seed dispersal and pollination. So the relationship between them had been attented by biologist nowdays. This study investigated the seed dispersal of plants by fruit bat and the behavior of fruit bat. We hope explore the evolution patterns between the plant and fruit bats from the flowering patterns and seed dispersal patterns. Furthermore, we also study the seed dispersal distance and the seed germination behvavior when they go through the gut of fuit bat. We hope to reveal the evolutionary strategy of feeding behavior of fruit bat and seed dispersal of plant by fruit bat.
