中文摘要: 氟化物在化学,生物学,医学以及材料科学中有着非常重要的应用,因此新的氟化方法的研究是至关重要的。过去十年中,大量的芳基氟化物的合成方法被报道,但是在脂肪族氟化物的制备方法上还存在较大的挑战。烯丙基氟化物作为一类重要的脂肪族氟化物,广泛存在于一些药物和农药分子中,并且是非常有用的有机合成砌块。过渡金属催化的烯丙基氟化反应是一种方便高效合成烯丙基氟化物的方法,近年来已取得了一些重要的进展,然而在底物范围,反应的选择性等方面仍存在较大的局限。过渡金属催化的碳-氢键的直接活化和官能团化近年来是一个非常重要的研究热点,本项目将研究基于过渡金属催化的烯丙基碳-氢键活化的氟化反应,包括亲核性和亲电性的氟化,以及反应中涉及的选择性的问题。此类反应的研究不但会提供一种方便高效的烯丙基氟化方法,为复杂的含氟有机化合物提供更多的合成手段;而且在经济,环保,和可持续发展方面,也具有重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: Fluorinated compounds are extremely important in chemistry, biology, medicine and material science.Thus new methods of fluorination are highly desirable.In the past decade, many approaches have been made for the formation of aryl fluorides. But the preparation of aliphatic fluoride compounds still remains relatively unexplored. Allylic fluorides, a important class of aliphatic fluoride compounds, occur in a range of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and can serve as useful building blocks. Transition-metal catalyzed allylic fluorination is a convevient and effient method for the synthesis of allylic fluorides. Significant progresses have been made recently in the development of transition-metal catalyzed allylic fluorination. Nevertheless, numerous limitations and challenges still remain in the substrates scope, reaction selectivities and so on. Transition-metal catalyzed C-H bond activation and functionalization is one of the hottest research topics in recent years. This research will focus on the fluoriation based on transition-metal catalyzed allylic C-H bond activation including nucleophilic and electrophilic fluorinations, and the corresponding selectivies in this reaction.
