中文摘要: 磨矿过程是高耗能流程工业过程,面临节能降耗重大挑战。由于磨矿过程机理过于复杂,在控制作用下的磨机内颗粒破碎过程无法观测,导致粒度变化的动态机理不清,缺乏连续磨矿运行动态特性的准确模型,制约了磨矿过程运行优化技术的发展;而且现有在单一尺度上发展的模拟方法,不能准确表达磨机运行和粒度变化过程的多尺度特征。为此,本项目针对磨矿过程,发展基于时空二维蒙特卡洛动力学的微观尺度模拟方法,构建以颗粒粒度为桥梁的多尺度模拟体系;形成误差可控的、高效率的多尺度模拟方法。本研究的实用价值在于:能够为磨矿动态特性分析提供新工具,为以优化磨矿粒度和节能降耗为目标的运行优化提供模型技术基础和检验手段;科学意义在于:通过研究磨矿动态特性的多尺度特征,揭示尺度之间的动态关系,进而归纳共性规律,为复杂系统多尺度研究做出示例贡献。

英文摘要: Grinding process is of high-energy-consuming industrial processing system. Reducing the energy consumption is one of the major challenges. The dynamics of particle size distribution under mill control operations has not been clearly understood. This is because the grinding mechanisms are very complex and it is difficult to observe directly the breakage occurred inside the mill cylinder. Also there still lacks an accurate model of the continuous grinding process. Moreover, the exiting simulation methods developed on a single scale cannot express the multiscale nature of grinding operation and particle size dynamics.The project will develop a microcosmic Monte Carlo Kinetics simulation method which includes temporal and spatial features of the grinding process, build a multiscale simulation system with the particle size as the connecting bridge, and propose an error-constrained, highly efficient multiscale simulation method for grinding process.The practical value of this research is that: it will provide a new tool for the analysis of grinding process dynamic characteristics, and provide basic modeling techniques and testing methods for the operation optimization of grinding process which is aiming to optimize particle size distribution and reduce energy consumption. The scientific significance lies on that: by studying the multiscale dynamics of grinding process, it will reveal the dynamic relationship between different scales and sum up common laws, and make an contribution example to the multiscale study.
