中文摘要: 车辆自组织网络将信息感知和无线通信技术应用于交通环境以解决日益严峻的交通问题,一直以来都是学术领域和工业界的研究热点。本课题的研究属于通信系统与交通控制的交叉学科领域,以实现可在实际场景中有效支持车辆互连的车辆自组织网络为目标,从移动模型和跨层协议设计的角度出发,实现仿真过程中车辆移动模式的动态调整,建立能反映协议于实际场景性能的高拟真的移动模型;设计以用户体验衡量网络性能的新方法,利用物理层、媒体接入控制子层和网络层间的信息交互解决车辆自组织网络普遍存在的间歇性连接问题,实现协议对网络环境的自适应以保证各类业务的高用户体验。车辆自组织网络的研究是影响社会和经济发展的重要任务,本课题的研究将会形成面向实际应用的车辆自组织网络的核心技术,为将来车辆自组织网络的实施提供可靠的理论依据和技术手段,为探索新型智能交通系统提供重要技术支撑。

英文摘要: Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) exploit and integrate the information cognition and wireless communication technologies in the transportation field. The interests have been focused on the VANET research from the academia and industry for many years. The proposal falls into the interdisciplinary study and aims at developing the inter-vehicle communication in the real scenario. The research contents consist of two aspects as follows. 1. Considering the effects of human behaviors, a mobility model with high verisimilitude is expected to be built to realize that the mobile pattern of a vehicle can dynamically change with the real scenario during the simulation process. 2. Focusing on the Quality of Experience (QoE) of users, a new method of measuring VANET performance is desired to be proposed. Based on the cross-layer design, through utilizing the inter-layer communication among physical layer, medium access control (MAC) layer and network layer, the intermittent connection issue in a VANET is studied in the project. The targets of the proposal include the realization of adaptive protocols and the QoE guarantee for the applications in a VANET.
