中文摘要: 高精度的导航卫星轨道是进行卫星精密定位与应用的基础和保证,基于星地链路和星间链路的多星联合定轨技术是实现卫星精密定轨、改进导航系统安全性能的重要保障。本课题拟突破导航星座基准确定、星地和星间链路数据联合建模(函数模型与随机模型)、轨道参数估计模型特性分析等关键技术,实现GEO/IGSO/MEO三类卫星的精密定轨。研究内容包括:①基于主控站星地、星间链路的全球导航星座精密定轨方案设计;②基于有限区域内稀少地面控制站的MEO卫星轨道确定;③基于MEO卫星的GEO/IGSO卫星精密定轨;④研制基于星地链路、星间链路的导航星座联合定轨软件。本课题将建立一套基于星地链路和星间链路的导航卫星联合定轨算法,开发相应的定轨软件,研究成果可用于我国北斗导航卫星精密定轨工程,增强卫星的抗风险能力,保障卫星导航系统导航性能需求,推动卫星导航系统建设与应用以及我国航天事业和国防建设的发展。

英文摘要: High precision orbit of navigation satellites is the foundation and ensurement for accurate postioning and applications based on navigation satellite system. Multi-satellite joint orbit determination using Inter-Satellite Links(ISL) and Satellite-Ground Links(SGL) is an important support for satellite precision orbit determination(POD) realization and navigation system safety performance improvement. In this project, some key technologies including constellation benchmark determination, ISL & SGL combined modeling(function model and stochastic model), and characteristic analysis of parameter estimation model will be broken through with achievement of POD for GEO/IGSO/MEO satellites. The research work contains four parts: 1)schematic design for Master Control Station(MCS) POD using ISL & GSL for global navigation constellation, 2)POD for MEO satellites based on a few regional stations, 3)POD for GEO/IGSO satellites based on MEO satellites, 4)development of ISL & GSL joint POD software. A set of POD algorithm and corresponding orbit determination software will be established with the accomplishment of this project.
