中文摘要: 国内外关于沙尘暴对人体健康影响的实验研究均是在没有模拟沙尘暴真实环境下取得,难以确立沙尘暴诱发疾病机制的客观证据。我们课题组得到2011年国家自然科学基金综合自然地理学的资助,已经研究了沙尘暴对大鼠肺间质和肺功能的影响并得到了病理学、影像学和肺功能学等相关数据。本课题是在此研究基础上进一步探索沙尘暴对实验动物的免疫、心血管、血液、内分泌和消化5大系统的影响,通过风沙物理科学和生命科学联合交叉的科学研究,揭示模拟真实沙尘暴环境对实验动物免疫、心血管、血液、内分泌和消化系统功能有无损害及损害程度。实验采集亚高原沙尘暴样品,利用中科院寒旱所模拟沙尘暴真实环境的风洞,对在风洞中不同浓度和时间段的实验动物测定其免疫、心血管、血液、内分泌和消化功能,综合上述指标判断沙尘暴对上述5大系统的影响。

英文摘要: Researches on the influence of dust storm on human's health were all done without the real dust storm simulating conditions around the world in the past. Thus, the objective evidence about the mechanism of dust storm induced disease is difficult to establish. Our research group have studied the influence of dust storm on Pulmonary interstitial and pulmonary function of rats, and the related data about the Pathology, imaging and pulmonary function had been got which was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2011. This project will further explore the dust storm on animal's immune, cardiovascular, blood, endocrine and digestive systems on the basis of this study. Through the combined scientific study of eolian sand physics with life sciences to reveal if the simulated real dust storm environment has damage and the damage degree on the experimental animal's immune, cardiovascular, blood, endocrine and digestive functions. The experimental dust storm samples will collected from the sub-altitude plateau of Chian, through using the wind tunnel of Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we will examine the immune, cardiovascular, blood, endocrine and digestive function in experimental animal in different concentration and time in the real dust storm environmental in the wind tunnel, these index to judge the effect of sand dust storm on the animal's above five systems.
