中文摘要: 煤炭焦化企业要实现节能减排的目标,各产业链不仅急需采用成熟的节能技术,而且还应贯彻先进的节能理念和研发先进的节能技术。基于焦炉煤气(COG)的富氢特点和固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的用氢特性,本项目提出的利用焦炉煤气的固体氧化物燃料电池-冷热电联产集成系统(COG-SOFC/CCHP)是一项能满足用户多种能量需求的高效能源技术。研究拟采用理论分析与建模、流程模拟和实际运行设备试验测量相结合的方法,研究这一高效冷热电供能集成系统的特性规律,探讨不同供需条件下各子系统及运行参数的优化匹配方案,形成集成系统性能优化设计的一套基本理论和方法,为COG-SOFC/CCHP集成系统的构建及实施奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: In order to realize the energy saving and emission reduction goals, each industry chain of coal coking enterprises,not only need mature technology for energy conservation, but also should carry out advanced energy conservation idea, and research and develop advanced technology for energy conservation. Based on the hydrogen-rich characteristics of the coke oven gas and the hydrogen using characteristics of solid oxide fuel cell, the project put forward the new COG-SOFC/CCHP system, which is a highly efficient energy technology being able to satisfying users' different energy demands. The study will adopt the methods combining theoretical analysis and modeling, process simulation and actual operation equipment test and measurement to research the characteristic law of the efficient integrated system, and to explore the optimization matching scheme for each subsystem as well as runing parameters, so as to establish a set of basic theory and methods for the the system performance optimization design. This will set up the theoretical foundation for the building and implementation of the COG-SOFC/CCHP integrated system.
