中文摘要: 结合申请单位高温自抗氧化TaW基多元合金材料设计的实际需求,通过热力学计算方法, 对多组元TaW基合金1773K-1923K温度下的氧化层的相关系和氧化反应进行研究。从研究Ta2O5-WO3-SiO2三元系统的相关系入手,研究在系统中液相产生对氧化层与合金基体结合及对基体氧渗透能力的影响。通过计算模拟1773-1973K温度下的氧化反应;得到Hf、Ti、Cr等元素对TaW合金抗氧化能力的影响趋势。以此为基础进行合金组成的设计。研究合金的氧化动力学,得到液相对氧化动力学的影响机制。对合金成分进行优化,研发在加工性能要求不高的情况下,在1773K温度下抗氧化的新型TaW基合金。

英文摘要: This proposal is based on the actual demand of developing anti-oxized TaW based multicomponent alloys. The phase relationship of oxides and oxidation reaction in range of 1773K to 1973K of Ta-W muliticomponets alloys will be investigated through thermodynamic calculation method. Begining with the researchment of Ta2O5-WO3-SiO2 ternary system, the influnce on the liquid phase formation on the connection between oxidzed layers/alloy matrix will be studied. Through the simulation oxidation reaction in temperature regain of 1773-1973K,the influence trend of antioxidant capacity of Hf, Ti, Cr and other elements on the TaW alloy will be studied. The components design will based on the experimental results. The influence mechanism will be determined by studying the oxidized dynamics. After optimization of alloy components, in low-pressing, a new anti-oxidized in 1773K TaW alloy with high temperature strength will be developed.
