中文摘要: 力作为提供能量的一种重要方式,可以诱导化学反应的进行,并具有区别于光、热等其他手段的独特性能。基于此产生的力化学,由于在自修复高分子材料、分子力感应器、可控药物释放等领域具有广阔的应用前景,并且能够促进人们对生物系统中力化学转换机理的深入理解,在近年来得到了广泛重视。本项目拟通过逐步聚合方法将具有力诱导开环反应活性的力响应基团引入到高分子主链中,并结合单分子力谱方法与表面修饰技术,从单分子层次研究力诱导下响应基团开环反应的能力、方向选择性及其影响因素,探讨力、热、光等不同形式能量驱动可逆开环反应的途径与产物的异同,加深对力诱导开环反应的机理及其本质的认识,补充和完善力化学的理论体系。同时,以微观力学性质指导力敏感本体材料的设计合成,通过交联的方法,增强宏观力的有效传递,致力于发展一种基于交联结构的灵敏力学响应高分子材料的制备方法。

英文摘要: As an important form of energy, force can induce chemical reactions in a different way from heat or light. Mechanochemistry based on forces has received significant attention for its potential applications in self-healing polymers, molecular strain gauges and controlled drug release, and also because it could provide greater understanding of the mechanochemical transduction mechanisms in biological systems. Here, by combining atomic force spectroscopy (AFM)-based single-molecule force spectroscopy (SMFS) and self-assembly at interface, we propose the study of mechanical response of different mechanophores which are incorporated into linear polymers by step-growth polymerization at a single molecule level. By comparing the approaches and products activated by different form of energy including force, heat and light, it would create a much better understanding of the mechanism of ring-opening reactions induced by force. Moreover, mechanophores are brought into bulk cross-linking polymer to enhance the sensitive of mechanorespective by increasing efficiency of the inner force transfer, leading to a new fabrication of sensitively mechanorespective polymer based on cross-linking structures.
