中文摘要: 本项目旨在利用手性两亲性小分子的自组装来构建具有独特结构与性质特点的手性超分子聚合物。本项目计划设计、合成新型的基于组氨酸衍生物的Bola 型两亲分子作为基本结构单元,通过多层次的自组装或共组装来实现具有规整多层次纳米结构以及功能化、可调控的手性超分子聚合物。在对Bola 型两亲分子的多层次自组装特性进行研究的基础上,对所形成的手性超分子聚合物的结构、性质和调控特性进行研究,重点研究这些新型超分子聚合物的手性传递特性以及力学性能。为开发手性功能化软物质材料奠定基础。

英文摘要: This project is focused on the fabrication of chiral supramolecular polymers with special hierarchical nanostructure and properties via the self-assembly of amphiphilic molecules. Novel bolaamphiphiles containing histidine derivatives head-groups will be designed and synthesized. The hierarchical self-assembly and co-assembly of these molecules will produce chiral functional supramolecular polymers with ordered structures in different scales. The self-assembly properties of these bolaamphiphiles, as well as the structure of these chiral supramolecular polymers will be studied. The fine-tuning of the properties of these chiral supramolecular polymers will also be investigated. The chiral transfer within these supramolecular polymers and the mechanical properties of these chiral supramolecular polymers will be studied thoroughly with more attentions. The results from this project will be helpful for constructing novel chiral soft matters.
