中文摘要: 本项目拟选取一系列-OH、-NH2功能化离子液体修饰的石墨烯材料,将其用于电化学生物传感界面的构建,研究构制的电化学传感器对农产品生产中痕量有机磷农药的测定效能。根据功能化离子液体的结构描述符(阳离子种类、阴离子种类、结构对称性等)和传感器的性能描述符(灵敏度和稳定性),结合有机磷分析物的描述符(电性参数、立体效应参数等),运用化学计量学方法,探讨功能化离子液体各描述符与传感器性能的相关性,获取离子液体对有机磷类农药测定的"构-效"关系规律。在上述相关性模型指导下,预测新型功能化离子液体的性能,针对特定分析物,设计定制最优的功能化离子液体,将其修饰的石墨烯用于电化学生物传感界面的构建,提高分析效能。同时,结合电化学方法操作简单、成本低、易微型化等优点,设计基于功能化离子液体修饰石墨烯的微型生物传感器检测装置,建立适合于农产品生产源头、农贸市场等场所的一种便携、快速检测有机磷农药残留的方法。

英文摘要: In this work, we will select a series of -OH, -NH2 functionalized ionic liquid modified graphene materials for the construction of electrochemical biosensing interface, and then study the measuring effectiveness of the fabricated electrochemical biosensor for the trace organophosphorus pesticides in agricultural production. Based on the structure descriptor of the ionic liquid (cationic type, anionic type, structural symmetry, etc) and performance descriptor of the biosensor (sensitivity and stability), in conjunction with organophosphorus descriptor (electrical parameters, steric effect parameters, etc), chemometrics method is used to study the correlation between the descriptor of the functionalized ionic liquid and the performance of the biosensor in order to obtain the "structure-activity" relationship model. Under the instruction of the above correlation model, the performance of the new functionalized ionic liquid is predicted. For a specific analyte, the best functionalized ionic liquid modified graphene material is designed for the fabrication of electrochemical biosensing interface to improve the analytical performance.
