中文摘要: 可调太赫兹滤波器是实现低成本高集成太赫兹变频通信系统的重要组成部分,本项目提出一种基于MEMS技术的低损耗小步进可调太赫兹滤波器,重点解决该滤波器在频率调节精度、损耗特性和加工可靠性上的问题。研究太赫兹滤波器MEMS可动结构的动态过程、位移控制和频率之间关系的理论问题,建立对应的数学模型,提供太赫兹频段下频率精确移动与MEMS可动结构动态位移之间的控制关系。结合微波毫米波滤波器低损耗结构设计和计算原理,研究太赫兹滤波器结构特性与损耗之间的关系机理,建立对应的数学模型。针对太赫兹频段下MEMS微可动结构工艺不稳定、低可靠性特点,研究基于表面工艺可动MEMS结构的工艺仿真、工艺试验,消除影响结构失效因素,实现高可靠的太赫兹可调滤波器结构,有希望用于太赫兹变频通信系统中。

英文摘要: The THz tunable filter is important part of the low cost and high integration of variable frequency communication system, this project offer a low loss and small step kind of THz tunable filter based on MEMS technology, the key is to solve the frequency adjust accuracy, loss and reliability of the filter. Research the relationship between dynamic process, displacement control and frequency, build the corresponding mathematic model, and offer a control relationship between MEMS structure and frequency. According to the design and calculation principle of low loss micro and millimeter wave filter, research the mechanism of filter structure and loss, build the corresponding mathematic model. Aiming at the instability and low reliability of MEMS structure process at THz frequency, study the process simulation and experiment of MEMS structure based on surface process, eliminate the structural failure factors, achieve a high instability tunable filter structure, and hope to apply to the THz variable frequency communication system.
