中文摘要: 雷达辐射源信号分选是现代高技术战争和将来的信息化战争中至关重要的环节,是网络中心战中感知的关键技术,是电子对抗以及多模复合制导中被动雷达寻的器的首要关键技术,是当前电子情报侦察系统(ELINT)和电子支援系统 (ESM)中的瓶颈技术。随着雷达的低截获概率(LPI)技术、脉内波形变换技术、多参数捷变等技术的发展,以及各种工作体制和多种抗干扰技术综合应用为特征的极为复杂的雷达信号环境的出现,给雷达信号分选提出了严峻的挑战。针对雷达信号分选研究工作中迫切需要解决的关键理论问题,课题针对以下研究目标进行了探索:挖掘复杂环境下雷达辐射源信号的分选特征,并深入分析分选特征提取方法和基于特征的匹配分选方法的内在机理;研究基于分选特征集的分选性能评价方法,构建信号分选满意度评价准则;研究基于支持向量聚类的智能分选模型和算法,及其对复杂未知雷达信号环境的适应性机理;将分选/识别相互作用的机制引入信号分选系统,并进行分选系统中基于知识的复杂智能控制机理研究,从而构建新型智能化的雷达辐射源信号分选系统。

英文摘要: Radar emitter signal sorting is an important link in modern high-tech war and the future of information warfare,is a key technology to perception in the network-centric warfare, and is a vital key technology to the passive radar-guided missile with target homing in electronic countermeasures,and it is also the difficulty technology of signal processing in current electronic intelligence system(ELINT) and electronic warfare support measures (ESM) . With the development of low probability of intercept (LPI), intrapulse wave transform and multi-parameter agility technology and so on, various work systems and anti-interference instruments in extreme complex radar signal environment put forward a serious challenge to radar signal sorting. Aiming at the key theoretical issues to solve urgently in the processing of radar signal sorting research, the research topics are: mining the sorting features of radar emitter signal in complex environment ,making a deep analysis on sorting feature extraction methods and internal mechanism of matching sorting method based on the characteristics; researching sorting performance evaluation methods based on the set of sorting feature, building a satisfaction evaluation criteria of signal sorting; researching model and intelligent sorting algorithm based on support vector clustering , and its adaptive mechanism impacted on the complexity of the unknown radar signal environment; introducting the interaction mechanisms of sorting / identification to the signal sorting systems and making a research based on the knowledge of the complex smart control mechanism in sorting systems ,so as to build a new type of intelligent sorting system of radar emitter signal.
