The decision problem considering the irrational behavior is the hot topic currently. Regret theory is an important theory which describes the irrational behavior,it can explain some phenomenon which other non-expected utility theories can not explain. Therefore, the research about the effect of regret on decision results has an important significance both in theory and reality. Employing the relationship between regret theory and preference relations, this project utilizes information fusion theory to investigate systematically the multi-criteria decision making based on regret theory, which includes the following contents: (1) Based on Abelian linearly ordered group, this project proposes the regret measure which can reflect the preferences of decision makers from different views; (2) According to the characteristics of regret values, this project proposes the information fusion method which can aggregate the regret values; (3) Based on regret theory, this project proposes the method to identify the potential optimal alternative(s) under imprecise information; (4) Based on Choquet integral, this project gives the information fusion method to aggregate the regret values considering the interaction of criteria; (5) This project gives the multi-criteria decision making method based on regret theory which considers the interaction of the criteria. (6) This project extends all the above results to identify the potential worst alternative(s) from the perspective of optimism.
