中文摘要: 目前面向高铁的专网和面向高铁旅客的公网通信研究分属两部门独立进行,而且国际铁路联盟建议将GSM-R直接演进到LTE-R,针对专网与公网共存、无线信号严重衰减、多普勒效应突变和越区切换频繁等难点,有必要开展基于LTE的公网和专网共存高铁通信系统接入架构及其关键技术的研究。为列车运行的安全性、高效性以及高铁乘客电信服务体验提供良好传输平台。课题将研究基于LTE的公网和专网共存的接入架构及其关键技术,优化接入和越区切换策略,以保障专网和公网业务的可靠接入。利用高铁基站沿铁路线带状分布的特点,研究优化快速时变信道估计和多普勒频偏补偿,改善LTE-R无线传输性能。在移动中继环境下,研究基于多天线双向中继协同技术,提升LTE-R无线传输容量。在应急条件下,研究D2D技术,完善LTE-R信息传输安全保障。课题研究对推动GSM-R向LTE-R的演进具有学术价值和现实意义。

英文摘要: The research on private network for high-speed railway and public network for train passengers is currently carried on separately. The UIC has suggested using LTE-R instead of GSM-R directly in the near future. Due to the difficulties (e.g., coexistence of private and public networks, serious attenuation of radio wave, Doppler jump and frequent handoff), it is urgent to study the access architecture and key technologies of high-speed railway communication systems for coexistence of private and public networks based on LTE. It can provide a robust transmission platform for QoE of passengers, the safety and efficiency of train operation. This project will be focused on the access architecture and key technologies of wireless systems for coexistence of private with public networks based on LTE. The access network and handover schemes will be optimized to ensure the reliability of private and public service. Utilizing the distribution of railway, the estimation of fast time-varying channel and the compensation of Doppler shift will be studied to improve the throughput of LTE-R system. In the emergency scenario, the D2D technology will be investigated to secure the information transformation of LTE-R system. The research will motivate the network from GSM-R to LTE-R in both the academic and practical aspects.
