中文摘要: 在我国当前迅速的城市化过程中,建立以公共交通为导向的城市发展模式(TOD)已成为提高土地利用效率、缓解城市交通压力的有效方式,但在TOD模式下所形成的城市公共活动中心区域,频繁的机动交通往往对城市公共空间的使用形成负面影响,因而亟需建立完善的区域步行系统,以加强城市公共活动中心的城市活力和空间使用效率及质量。本研究将针对以上问题,建立步行系统对城市公共空间和交通的影响模型,以实测、仿真等方式提取相关数据,应用三维空间句法的科学方法分析使用者需求及行为特点,建立路径、区域、功能支持等与多层面空间使用相关联的评估和优化模型,并以此模型为核心,为实现城市空间一体化、优化城市交通状况、优化城市公共设施配置、建立低碳社区、实现城市安全、丰富城市文化等目标提供基本的参照体系。

英文摘要: During the rapid process of urbanization in China, the establishment of the mode of transit-oriented urban development (TOD) has become the effective way of improving land use efficiency and relieving the pressure on urban traffic. However, the frequent motorized transportations in the urban public activity center area generated by TOD mode tend to have a negative impact on the use of urban public space. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a comprehensive regional pedestrian system to improve the urban vitality of urban public activity centers, the efficiency and quality of space use. This study will focus on creating a model between pedestrian system, urban public space and traffic towards the problems mentioned. The research will explore the model by extracting data by measurement and simulation, analyzing user's needs and behavior by three-dimensional space syntax to establish the evaluation and optimization models for path, regional, functional support, which associate with the use of multi-dimensional spaces.
