中文摘要: 本项目从"智能"聚合物材料合成的角度入手,通过分子设计合成出一系列具有传感官能团的单体,然后借助新的活性聚合手段- - RAFT 可控/活性自由基聚合方法,合成具有新结构的、结构和组成可调、分子量大小可控、分子量分布窄的无规共聚物和嵌段共聚物体系,开发一类具有应用前景的、具有温度和 pH 值双重响应性、可溶的聚合物传感器,研究其在不同温度下的溶液自组装行为,并对共聚物的结构性能关系和传感机制开展相关研究。基于 RAFT 可控/活性自由基聚合方法合成的刺激响应性聚合物体系,是组成、分子量和分子量分布可控的无规或嵌段共聚物,这为我们系统研究共聚物的光物理行为、溶液自组装行为与其分子结构、周围物理及化学环境变化的关系,阐明其构效关系,并通过分子结构的设计来调整其传感性能提供了必要的基础。 RAFT技术在研究中的应用也具有重要的理论和实际意义。

英文摘要: In order to develop a class of soluble polymeric dual sensors with promising potential applications, a series of functional monomers with sensor groups have been designed and a living polymerization method (RAFT polymerization) will be used to prepare amphiphilic random copolymers and block copolymers with new well-defined structure, controlled molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution. Corresponding research on the self-assembly behaviors in solution, the relationship of the structure and properties and the sensing mechanism of the copolymers will also be developed in this proposal. This kind of stimuli-responsive amphiphilic random and block copolymers synthesized via RAFT process have controlled composition and molecular weight, well-defined structure. This provide the necessary basis for the research of the relationship of photo physical property, self-assembly behavior and the polymer structure, change of the surrounding physical and chemical environment. The application of RAFT method in this research also has academic and realistic significance.
