中文摘要: 灌浆过程浆液密度的高精度动态检测对于灌浆质量保证至关重要,主要研究了灌浆现场差压式密度计测量动态浆液的原理和特点,如何在差压法基础上对浆液密度的检测方式进行改进,来提高测量精度。研究结合动态浆液的特点,从室内模拟试验和现场试验出发,建立灌浆管路系统内浆液流动的流体力学模型和动态分析计算方法,获得动态浆液在测量管路中摩擦阻力、局部阻力分布情况,确定测量管路中各个管路原件的阻尼系数,灌浆泵泵量的液动特性、灌浆压力波动特性。分析各影响对浆液流速稳定性和密度测量的影响,深入探讨其检测机理,并在此基础上建立起不同浆液传递条件下检测效果的评价方法。引入计算机的模糊控制技术,建立灌浆过程动态浆液密度检测整体数学模型,依托工程现场试验数据进行内在机理分析和验证,基于模糊的控制算法编写分析计算程序,预测浆液在管道中流动及稳定特性,用于指导灌浆过程浆液密度动态检测。

英文摘要: High-precision dynamic detection of Slurry density in grouting process is essential for the grouting quality, this research studied 1)the principles and characteristics of the slurry dynamic measuring by the differential pressure densimeter in grouting, 2) how to improve the measurement precision of slurry density on the basis of the differential pressure method, 3) Based on the characteristics of dynamic slurry, finish laboratory simulation and field tests in order to establish the hydrodynamic model of slurry flow whilst dynamic analysis and calculation methods in grouting pipeline system, and get frictional resistance and local resistance distribution of dynamic slurry in the measuring pipe, and then determinate the damping coefficient of each part composing the pipeline, hydraulic characteristics of pump capacity, wave characteristics of grouting pressure, 4) Analysis on the influence of flow stability and slurry density measurements caused by different factors, then discuss the detection mechanism deeply, and rely on this basis to establish the evaluation method of detection effects in different kinds of slurry transmission condition, 5) Apply computer Fuzzy Control technology to establish a whole mathematical model of dynamics testing on slurry density in grouting process; use field test data to analysis
