中文摘要: 高功率、高频率真空电子器件是未来电子战及电子对抗的核心技术之一,如果该类器件能实现小型化和宽带的特点,将会在军事和民用领域具有极为广泛的应用。本项目研究目前能够在毫米波和太赫兹频段提供大功率输出的小型化扩展互作用器件中的多模工作机理,通过建立相关的理论模型,开展线性和非线性理论研究。对多模工作扩展互作用器件中的束波互作用机理、电子束群聚前后在扩展互作用高频系统内的线性及非线性作用等基本物理过程进行深入的理论分析、全电磁粒子仿真和实验研究,分析探讨扩展互作用器件中的多模工作条件,优化和完善扩展互作用高频系统,研制宽带多模工作扩展互作用器件和其冷测实验系统,并进行多模工作热测验证实验,对多模工作扩展互作用器件的带宽、功率和频率等重要参数进行测量。本项目的研究成果及解决的关键技术将为发展新型实用毫米波和太赫兹辐射源及放大器奠定理论和实验基础,是真空电子器件向更高频率实用化迈进的又一个新方向。

英文摘要: High power, high frequency vacuum electron devices is one of the key technology for the future electronic warfare and electronic counterwork, such devices with compact and wide bandwidth can achieve extremely wide range of applications in the military and civilian fields. This project studies the multiple mode operation mechanism of the extened interaction devices which can achive a compact, high power, wide bandwidth sources in millimeter and terahertz frequency. Through the studies of the theoretical model, the linear and nonlinear theory will be carried out. Theoretical analysis, electromagnetic particle simulation and experiment reserch on the multiple mode operation extended interaction devices will aslo be carried out including the liner and nonlinear processe. Through analysis and optimize,the cold and hot test of the multiple mode extended interaction devices will be finished to obtain the enhanced parameters, such as the bandwidth, output power and frequency et al. Research results and the key technologies of this project are the theoretical and experimental basis of this kind of devices, these will help to develop a new kinds of practical millimeter wave and terahertz radiation sources and amplifiers.
