中文摘要: 在稠密栅元内,间隙区存在一种准周期性的大尺度涡结构运动,这种涡结构运动能够有效地增强栅元内的对流换热。然而,由于稠密栅元中过窄的棒间距容易引发力学不稳定性等缺陷的存在,稠密栅元的应用前景并不十分理想。本课题提出非均匀壁面粗糙度棒束以实现强化换热同时有效地避免稠密栅元中的缺陷,目前,国内外都还没有开展非均匀壁面粗糙度棒束的研究。本课题对非均匀壁面粗糙度棒束间的流体流动传热和准周期性的大尺度涡结构运动进行实验和数值研究,获取棒束间流场、温度场分布的实验信息,构建反映非均匀壁面粗糙度棒束间强烈各向异性湍流和间隙区准周期性的大尺度涡结构运动特征的数学模型和模拟方法,获得非均匀壁面粗糙度棒束间流场分布特征与流体流动传热特性,揭示非均匀壁面粗糙度棒束间的准周期性的大尺度涡结构运动的时、空演化规律。本课题相关成果的取得将为非均匀壁面粗糙度棒束的工程应用奠定良好的理论基础和技术支撑。

英文摘要: In tight lattice, there is a quasi periodic large scale vortex structure existed in the gap region. This kind of vortex structure could effectively strengthen the convective heat transfer in tight lattice. However, the application of tight lattice is not satisfactory since the narrow gap distance might induce mechanical instability. In this work, the lattice with non-uniform wall roughness is introduced to strengthen the heat transfer and avoid the limitations in tight lattice. Until now, the research about the lattice with non-uniform wall roughness is empty. In this work, the flow and heat transfer and the quasi periodic large scale vortex structure in lattice with non-uniform wall roughness will be investigated experimentally and numerically. The experimental information of the flow field and temperature field in lattice will be obtained. The mathematical models and simulation methods describing the strong anisotropy effects of turbulence and the quasi periodic large scale vortex structure in gap region in lattice with non-uniform wall roughness will be developed. The flow field and heat transfer characteristics in lattice with non-uniform wall roughness will be obtained.
