中文摘要: 作为无机固体功能材料,发光材料已经被广泛地应用在各种显示、照明、信息存贮放大以及医学诊断等各个领域, 在国民经济和人们日常生活中起着不可代替的作用。本项目拟研究制备不含对人体和环境有害元素的 "环境友好发光材料",主要研究对象包括SiO2 凝胶及有机改性SiO2 凝胶的发光材料,以及具有与SiO2 相似结构的一些磷酸盐、镓酸盐、钒酸盐、钨酸盐、钛酸盐基发光材料,通过溶胶-凝胶过程以及加入一些环境友好的元素(如C,Li+, Na+, K+,Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+ 及Si4+, Ti4+, V5+等)在基质中引入杂质、产生缺陷作为发光中心从而获得 "环境友好发光材料"。重点研究其发光机理,为提高发光强度和发光效率奠定基础;最后探索这些发光材料在白光LED 照明等领域可能的应用。

英文摘要: As inorganic solid state functional materials,luminescent materials have found extensive applications in various kinds of displays, lighting,information storage and amplification as well as medical diagnoses, and they are playing an unique role in our national economics and daily life. In this projet, we are going to investigate and prepare luminescent materials without deleterious elements for the people and the environments, namely the so-called "environmentally-friendly luminescent materials", including silica gels and organically modified silica gels, some phosphates, gallates, vanadates, tungstates, titanates etc. which bear the similar structure with SiO2 to some extent. By the introduction of some nonpoisonous elements such as C, Li+, Na+, Ca2+,Sr2+, Si4+ etc..via the sol-gel process,some impurities and defects will be created in the host lattices which will be as as the luminescent centers to obtain the environmentally-friendly luminescent materials. We will make great efforts to investigate the luminescent mechanisms for enhancing the emission intensity and efficiency, and explore their possible applications in white LEDs.
