中文摘要: 支持未来网络中心战的认知战术网络,能有效适应高机动环境下无线资源的动态变化,但其系统设计分析的复杂度也大为提高。本项目拟从大、中、小三个时空尺度上的关键问题着手研究。首先,在大时空尺度上,作战单元或编队的机动行为,体现战术网络特有的应用需求特征,为系统建模中的一个关键因素。本项目拟通过基于地形和态势感知的移动行为建模仿真,探索更好地体现真实战场环境和战术意图的移动行为模型。其次,在中时空尺度上,围绕动态频谱资源的协同行为是一个尚待深入探索的关键问题。本项目拟通过多子网协同及其耦合行为的建模仿真,研究基于认知信息协同使用频谱资源的过程,理解信息和规则在耦合行为中所起的作用。再次,在小时空尺度上,网络中并发业务在信道时隙调度下产生的相互影响有待深入认识。本项目拟通过并发业务与无线资源的关联行为建模仿真,理解并发业务围绕无线资源所产生的相互作用,探索基于业务认知的MAC时隙调度策略及其系统行为。

英文摘要: Future tactical networks envisioned for the network centric warfare (NCW) paradigm will need cognitive functions to adapt to dynamic wireless resources more effectively in high maneuver battlefield environment. However, such "smart" networking exacerbates the problem of generating reliable and robust network designs. Recognizing that understanding system behavior is very important to achieve better design of cognitive tactical networks, we will carry out system modeling and simulation studies by focusing some key issues at three spatial-temporal scales. First, modeling mobility is a key factor in simulating cognitive tactical network systems at large spatial-temporal scale. We will try to propose terrain-awareness based mobility models to better reflect both the real battlefield environment and tactical intent. Second, aiming to understand dynamic spectrum-based collaborative behaviors at middle spatial-temporal scale, we will use a system model to describe how a few subnets of a cognitive tactical network cooperate with each other, and identify several potential cognitive design knobs by introducing different information and rules.
