中文摘要： 世界遗产是人类最具价值的自然历史和人类历史遗存，如何正确处理好遗产保护与经济发展的关系，实现保护与经济发展的协调，是目前世界遗产地必须解决的重大课题。 本研究拟以世界遗产地保护与边缘带经济协调发展为研究对象，以夹金山脉大熊猫栖息地作为案例区，在统计数据、问卷调查、勘测数据、GIS数据等历史和现状数据资料综合收集的基础上，以博弈论的分析方法，审视遗产保护与边缘地经济活动的实践过程，系统分析遗产保护与经济发展失衡的内在根源，深入揭示遗产保护与边缘带经济发展耦合平衡机理及演化过程，开展世界遗产地保护与边缘带经济活动的调控研究，探寻世界遗产边缘地合理开发的制度安排与激励政策制定，构建世界遗产地保护与边缘带经济协调发展的耦合平衡模型，寻求相应的解决方法，为遗产地边缘带经济的合理开发提供实际运作指导，为我国世界自然遗产保护以及相关国际公约的履行提供科学的理论依据，也将拓宽世界遗产保护的理论基础。

英文摘要： The world heritage is our most valuable legacy of natural history and human history relics for humans. At presently, it is a major issue that must be solved for the world heritage to how to handle the relation for the world heritage protection and economic development correctly, to realize the coordination between the world heritage protection and economic development. The coordination between the world heritage protection and marginal zone economic development was selected as the research object in this study. The Jiajin Mounts Giant Panda Sanctuary was taken as an example in it. It was finished based on the collection of the history and present data, such as the statistical data, questionnaires, survey data, and GIS data. It took the way of Game theory. It surveyed the practice process of the world heritage protection and marginal zone economic development, and analyzed the inner causes of imbalances in the world heritage protection and economic development. It was revealed the coupled balance mechanism and evolution process of the world heritage protection and economic development. The regulation of the world heritage protection and economic development was carried out to explore the reasonable system arrangement and make the incentive policy for the marginal zone economic development.
