中文摘要: 本课题拟模拟大气环境条件,开展大气细颗粒物界面多相反应过程及二次细颗粒物细胞毒性的构效关系研究。采用电镜技术、光谱技术和同步辐射分析技术研究细和超细矿质和黑炭颗粒与大气典型无机/有机污染物的界面反应性和反应动力学过程, 揭示二次粒子形成过程中无毒组分的活化及新毒性物质的生成过程。研究细和超细颗粒表面反应活性的二次无机和有机颗粒物的生成潜势;建立高通量、实时、无标记细胞分析技术(RTCA)、评价多相反应生成的二次细颗粒物的细胞毒性及其构效关系,揭示颗粒物组分活化和毒性增强的环境过程机制,识别产生毒性效应的关键因子。

英文摘要: Multi-phase reaction process on the surface of fine and ultrafine particles and structure-cytotoxicity relationship will be systematically investigated under the atmospheric pollution conditions. Using TEM,spectral, and advanced synchrotron radiation analytical techniques, the interface reactivity and reactive kinetics between atmospheric fine and ultrafine particles and typical inorganic and organic pollutants will be studied to reveal the evolution process of reactive and toxic substances. To identify the key factors of toxic effects, the formation potential of reactive species on the surface of fine and ultrafine particles, the cellular response to the secondary fine particulate matter and the structure-cytotoxicity relationship was assessed.
