中文摘要: 实现纳米粘土的剥离和聚集态结构的高有序性,是提高纳米粘土改性胶原蛋白塑料性能的关键因素。采用圆二色光谱、X-射线衍射、红外光谱、原子力显微镜、电镜、偏振荧光等方法,研究纳米粘土在胶原蛋白塑料中的剥离行为及对其聚集态结构的诱导作用,包括不同形式外力作用下纳米粘土结构单元的间距变化及插层和剥离情况,纳米粘土对胶原蛋白分子的构象尤其是三股螺旋结构的影响,纳米粘土诱导的胶原蛋白塑料聚集态结构的转变;同时将结合热分析等方法对蛋白塑料的机械性能、热稳定性、防潮性能和环境降解性能进行检测,并建立制备条件-聚集态结构-性能的相关性。将揭示不同形式外力作用下纳米粘土的结构单元间距变化规律及与剥离的对应关系,建立纳米粘土改性胶原蛋白塑料的聚集态结构与性能的相关性,为高性能胶原蛋白塑料的稳定制备提供理论基础。

英文摘要: The exfoliation of nanoclay and high ordered aggregation structure are the key factor to improve the performance of nanoclay moedified collagen plastic. In the project, the exfoliation behavior of nanoclay in collagen plastic and the effect of nanoclay on the aggregation structure of collagen plastic will be stuied by circular dichroism, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, electron microscopy, polarized fluorescence and etc. Specifically, the changes of the interlayer space and the exfoliation regularity of nanoclay under different forms of handing, the impacts of nanoclay on the conformation of collagen molecules (especially the triple helix structure), and nanoclay induced transition of the aggregation structure of collagen plastic will be systematically studied. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties, thermal stability, moisture resistant and environmental degradation will be measured to establish the relationship between preparation conditions, aggregation structure and performance of collagen plastic. This project will reveal the ralationship of interlayer space and exfoliation behavior of nanoclay.
