中文摘要: 本申请项目以水解胶原蛋白为主要原料,配合层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)制备新型生物质基微粒助留助滤剂。首先,采用酶法水解及化学交联制备不同分子量的水解胶原蛋白,以研究水解胶原蛋白分子量与助留助滤性能之间的关系。其次,通过改变合成条件调控LDHs的结构,以研究LDHs结构对助留助滤性能的影响。在此基础上,选择合适的水解胶原蛋白和LDHs构建微粒助留助滤剂,系统研究水解胶原蛋白与LDHs的构效关系,并阐明水解胶原蛋白/LDHs的助留助滤机理。本申请项目为科学合理的设计生物质基微粒助留助滤剂奠定了理论基础,同时也为胶原基生物材料的高附加值利用开辟了新的领域。

英文摘要: In this proposal, a novel biomass based microparticle retention and drainage aid was developed by collagen hydrolysates and layer double hydroxides (LDHs) as main raw materials. Firstly, collagen hydrolysates with different molecular weight were prepared by enzyme hydrolysis and chemical crosslinking, the relationship between the molecular weight of collagen hydrolysates and the retention and drainage property was investigated . Secondly, LDHs with different structures were synthesized by changing the synthesis conditions,the influence of the structures of LDHs on the retention and drainage property was studied. On the basis of above researches, the microparticle retention and drainage aids were established by selecting the suitable collagen hydrolysates and LDHs, and the structure-function relationship and the mechanism of retention and drainage were systematically studied. In conclusion, the present application provides a theoretical foundation for the rational design of biomass based microparticle retention and drainage aid, and also extends a new field for value-added utilization of collagen-based biomaterials.
