中文摘要: 本项目以航空发动机为研究对象,系统研究了其转子系统关键部件的振动特性、非对称疲劳试验方法、基于非线性损伤累积理论的寿命预测模型、基于振动信号及智能方法的故障诊断方法等。本次研究的非线性损伤累积模型对航空关键部件的疲劳寿命预测有重要的学术价值,研究的基于遗传粒子群算法结合支持向量机的故障诊断方法对航空发动机转子系统故障诊断有一定的工程应用价值,开发的便携式动力机械振动测试仪和主动控制碰摩故障检测实验装置对故障的模拟和仿真有有重要的工程意义。上述理论成果在《Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering》等国内外学术期刊上发表论文12篇,被SCI收录2篇、EI收录12篇次,同时申请国内发明专利3项、国内软件著作权1项。

英文摘要: The aero engine is adopted as the research object. The vibration characteristics of the key components of rotor system, asymmetric fatigue test method, life prediction model based on nonlinear continuous damage accumulation theory, and fault diagnosis method based on vibration signal and intelligent model have been studied systematically. The study of nonlinear continuous damage model has important academic value for fatigue life prediction of aero-engine key components, the fault diagnosis model based on Genetic Algorithms(GA)-Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) and Support Vector Machine(SVM) has certain engineering value for fault of aero-engine fault diagnosis, the portable power machine vibration test-analyzer and the active control system of rub-impact fault have important engineering significance for the fault simulation. The 12 papers are published in journals at home and abroad, such as 《Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering》, where 2 papers are indexed by SCI and 12 by EI, 3 domestic invention patents, 1 domestic software copyright.
