中文摘要: 油菜是中国重要的油料作物,其有着明显的杂种优势。选育优良的恢复系对于配制强优势杂交种是至关重要的。克隆恢复基因或获得与恢复基因紧密连锁的分子标记可以加快优良恢复系和强优势杂交种的选育进程,因而恢复基因的研究对于恢复系和杂交种的选育具有十分重要的意义。本研究将以油菜新型细胞质雄性不育系1193A 和恢复系为研究材料,在初步定位的基础上对恢复基因进行精细定位和克隆,再通过对恢复基因的遗传转化进行功能验证,从而鉴定出1193A 不育系的恢复基因,并研究其在不同组织器官中的表达模式和突变位点,以及开发与恢复基因紧密连锁标记或功能标记,为研究育性控制机理和分子标记辅助选育优良恢复系奠定基础。

英文摘要: Brassica napus is an important oil crop in China, which has obvious heterosis. Currently , the main ways of heterosis utilization in Brassica napus are cytoplasmic male sterility systems, and restorer line is the basic material of heterosis utilization.Breeding of elite restorer line is critical to select strong heterosis hybrids. Cloning of restoring gene or acquiring tightly linked molecular markers can accelerate the process of breeding elite restorer lines and strong heterosis hybrids, so study on the restoring gene for breeding of restorer line and hybrids is of great significance.The study with new type cytoplasmic male sterility 1193A and restorer line in Brassica napus as experimental material locates and clones the restoring gene,and identify its function via transgenic technology.We will also study expression pattern of the gene also and develop tightly linked markers or functional markers,which would lay the foundation for researching fertility control mechanism and breeding elite restorer line via marker-sssisted selection.
