中文摘要: 气化制取合成气可以解决高硫石油焦的出路,但是石油焦独特的矿物质组成及其在气化过程导致的积灰结渣问题极大的限制了其工业应用。本项目利用修正的Tessier形态分析法实现石油焦中不同赋存形态钒镍元素的鉴定及分离,揭示其挥发机理,在此基础上建立钒镍挥发特性与环境气氛及温度场的关联性;对比不同环境气氛(N2、CO2、H2O)及温度下形成的飞灰/气化底渣的物理化学特性以及钒镍的分布,获得飞灰对钒镍元素的吸附特性及底渣对钒镍元素的固化特性,进一步揭示钒镍在气化过程中的释放机理和转化途径;研究钒镍的释放及转化对灰熔点变化影响规律,建立将钒镍的挥发性及底渣熔融性作为积灰结渣指数来预测和评价石油焦气化积灰结渣特性的综合判别模型,进一步揭示石油焦气化过程中钒镍对成灰、结渣特性的影响及其迁移转化机理。

英文摘要: Gasification can be a good solution to utilize the high sulfur petroleum coke, but the unique mineral composition of petroleum coke and the fouling and slagging problems its created in the gasification process greatly limit its industrial application. The project leverages the modified Tessier speciation analysis method to achieve the separation and identification of different speciation of vanadium and nickel elements in petroleum coke, revealing its volatilization mechanism, establishing relationship between the volatilization characteristics of vanadium/nickel and environmental atmosphere and temperature field. The comparison of physical and chemical characteristics of fly ash/slag and vanadium/Nickel distribution during the gasification process in different atmospheres (N2, CO2, H2O)/temperature can obtain the adsorption properties of fly ash and slag adsorption properties of vanadium and nickel elements, then further revealing the release mechanism and conversion pathways of vanadium and nickel in gasification process; Study the influence of release mechanism and conversion pathways of vanadium/nickel on the ash melting point, establishing a synthetic discriminant model with a fouling and slagging index created by the volatility and slag melting point of vanadium/nickel to predict and evaluate the petroleum coke gasification slagging characteristics, further revealing the influences of vanadium/nickel on the slagging characteristics and migration and transformation mechanism of petroleum coke in gasification process.
