中文摘要: 本课题将针对长寿命、高密度光存储介质的需求,研究发展一类新型相变光存储材料--荧光相变材料。通过相变材料基质、掺杂离子的设计选择,使其具有结构敏感的可调控发光特性和不同相态间的高荧光对比度,且数据保存寿命可达百年以上。将之作为存储介质应用于多维光存储,制备出光盘原型器件,实现逐位多层记录与荧光读出。在此基础上探索实现基于荧光相变材料的多值编码和并行多维光存储,为发展新型、高性能专业信息存储器件奠定重要基础。

英文摘要: Addressing the demand for long-life and high-density optical storage, a new kind of phase change optical memory material, fluorescence phase change material, will be studied and developed in this project. The structure-sensitive luminescent characteristics with high fluorescence contrast between the amorphous and crystallized states, and a lifetime of more than 100 years can be achieved through the optimal design of the phase change matrix materials and the doped ions. The prototype optical discs with fluorescence phase change materials as recording media will be prepared and the multi-dimensional optical storage, including bit-wise multilayer recording/readout, multi-level encoding and parallel optical storage, will be demonstrated based on it. It will lay an important foundation for the development of new and high-performance optical storage devices for professional applications.
