中文摘要: 印刷电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)组装是电子信息制造业的关键工序。目前,PCB组装业面临着多品种小批量的生产环境。如何提高生产效率,实现组装过程的最优化调度是PCB组装优化研究的核心问题,也是电子制造企业关注的重点。随着新生产技术- - 整体切换台车的出现,吸嘴切换在多品种PCB组装中成为新的瓶颈。本研究首次考虑吸嘴切换及吸嘴的多功能性,对多品种PCB组装优化问题建立一系列运营优化模型。利用现代优化理论及技术,探究设计面向问题特点的启发式算法来优化PCB组装的总完工时间,并通过实证分析证明算法的有效性。本研究是PCB组装优化问题的一个前沿方向,具有重要的学术价值;而且可以为电子制造企业的PCB组装调度提供基础的优化结构框架与算法设计,以期提高实际生产效率。同时本研究也为柔性制造中经典的工具切换问题的深入研究提供了一定的理论基础。

英文摘要: Printed circuit board (PCB) assembly is a key process of electronic industry. The environment of electronic industry is high-mix and low-volume, i.e., multiple PCB types. How to improve the production efficiency and optimize the scheduling of the whole PCB assembly, are the most important things for electronic manufactruing enterprises. With the development of new production technology - - interchangeable feeder trolley, nozzle setups become the new bottleneck in the multiple types of PCB assembly. In this project, a series of optimization models in PCB assembly are formulated, with the consideration of nozzle setups and the versatile nozzle. Furthermore, based on modern optimization theories and technologies, the problem-dependent heuristic algorithms are designed in order to minimize the makespan. Numerical analysis is then conducted to prove the effectiveness of the proposed heuristic algorithm. This project is one of the advancing research directions in the PCB assembly, and provides optimization models and heuristics algorithms for electronic manufacturing enterprises to improve their production effiency. Meanwhile, this project also enhance the research of classical tool swiching problem.
