中文摘要: 2011年以来,华北、西北等地多次发生风电连锁脱网事故,成为制约风电接入电网的难点问题。本课题从多风场连锁脱网的扩散过程入手,以"机理分析- - 评估预警- - 预防控制"为主线开展研究,主要内容包括:1)通过两级分布式仿真,揭示电压诱导型多风场连锁脱网扩散过程机理,分析影响扩散过程的关键因素并建立评估模型;2)研究风电汇集区域电压安全运行域的两级分布式安全评估理论,研究多时间尺度动态无功备用模型及其优化方法;3)研究抑制快速波动的风电汇集区域敏捷电压控制技术,实现风电汇集区域内广泛分布的特性各异无功源之间的协调优化。本课题的主要技术路线是在机理研究的基础之上,通过扰动前的预警和预防控制提高风电汇集区域应对连锁脱网的能力。课题研究成果有望在我国风电基地取得实际应用。

英文摘要: Several severe cascading trip faults took place in North China and Northwest China since 2011, which emerges as a new bottle-neck problem for the power grid to integrate more wind powers. Focused on multi wind farms cascading trip and organized as "mechanism analysis - assessment and early warning - preventive control", principle theory and key technologies on voltage operation and control for wind power integration region are proposed here. The following contents are involved: 1) Analysis mechanism on voltage-induced multi wind farms cascading trip and establish a risk assessment model concerning the critical features; 2) Propose a two-level security assessment architecture to implement early warning on voltage security operation for large-scale wind power integration region. Establish a optimization model with dynamic reactive power reserves; 3) Research on fast automatic voltage control technology for large-scale wind power integration region against fluctuation; The technology road-map is carrying out the mechanism research fristly, based on which early warning and preventive control are researched to reduce the risk under cascading trip. Some research results are expected to be implemented with field applications.
